Helical Fusion and Visionary Shareholders Look Ahead: Fusion Panel at Tech For Impact Summit 2025

On October 7, Helical Fusion’s Co-Founder & CEO Takaya Taguchi spoke on the main stage of the Tech For Impact Summit 2025, one of Asia’s largest gatherings focused on the intersection of technology and sustainability. Held in Tokyo, the event brought together innovators, investors, and policymakers to explore solutions for a cleaner, more resilient future.

The panel, titled “The Future Powered by Fusion: Clean Energy as the Ultimate Climate Solution,” focused on the role of fusion energy in accelerating global decarbonization. From KDDI, the rising expectations from energy-intensive industries were highlighted—industries that see fusion not as a distant future, but as a necessary solution for the near term.
