During the week of SWITCH® 2025, Helical Fusion took part in FusionXInvest: Singapore, an event focused on strengthening collaboration within the emerging fusion innovation ecosystem in the Asia–Pacific region.
The session was held at Marina Bay Sands as an official side event of Singapore’s largest innovation and technology festival.

COO Yosuke Kubo joined a panel discussion featuring Kieran Furlong, Sergey Samoilenkov, and Nick Davies, representing a range of industry, investment, and research perspectives.
The discussion explored how partnerships across industry and academia can support the development of fusion technologies and contribute to the formation of a broader regional innovation network.
Throughout the session, speakers addressed several key topics, including the requirements for scaling fusion-related R&D, the role of private investment in early-stage energy technologies, and the characteristics of Singapore’s innovation ecosystem that position it as a potential coordination hub for fusion initiatives in Asia.
FusionXInvest: Singapore took place alongside a series of other DeepTech-related events during SWITCH® week, reflecting increasing attention within the region to next-generation energy technologies and cross-border collaboration frameworks.
