Helical Fusion at World Future Energy Summit 2026 in Abu Dhabi

Helical Fusion participated as an exhibitor at the World Future Energy Summit 2026, held in Abu Dhabi from January 13 to 15, 2026, as part of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week.

Throughout the summit, the team experienced firsthand the strong expectations and active investment interest in clean energy across Abu Dhabi and the wider Middle East. The event brought together a broad range of stakeholders—from policymakers and investors to technology developers—demonstrating the region’s clear commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions.

At the venue, significant attention and passion were directed toward a wide variety of approaches, including renewable energy, energy storage, and innovative nuclear technologies. Against this backdrop, discussions around fusion power generation highlighted its potential as a long-term and fundamental solution for global energy challenges.

For Helical Fusion, these conversations reinforced the potential impact of our efforts to realize steady-state, net-electricity fusion power generation as early as possible. As multiple promising technologies are being explored worldwide, the role of fusion as an ultimate clean-energy solution is increasingly being recognized, underscoring the importance of accelerating its transition from research to real-world application.
